Below is a small guide which will help you extract SLT from a DICOM file using Slicer.

  1. First download, Slicer from this link Link
  2. Install Slicer
  3. Download DICOM files from this Link
  4. Unzip
  5. Watch this tutorial - it will help you step by step how to export an STL. I would recommend watching it thoroughly as it explains alot of steps in detail
